Shipping 
North American deliveries can take 2 - 10 days depending on the customers location and chosen shipping method. International deliveries can take up to 30 days depending on the customers location and chosen shipping method. 

Duties & Taxes Our products are fulfilled through various print facilities and may ship from different locations depending on your order. For this reason, we are unable to predict or pre-collect import duties or taxes.

International orders (outside Canada) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.

US customers: Most orders arrive duty-free under CUSMA trade agreement provisions and the US de minimis threshold.

Returns
Returns are accepted for 30 days from purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
