Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Canadian orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days. International orders can take up to 30 days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Where do you ship from?

Our products are fulfilled through Printify and may ship from various print facilities depending on your order and location. This means your order is produced as close to you as possible for faster delivery.

Duties & Taxes

Will I be charged import duties or taxes?

Because our orders ship from various fulfillment locations, we are unable to predict or pre-collect import duties or taxes. International orders (outside Canada) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

What about US customers?

Most orders shipped to the United States arrive duty-free thanks to the CUSMA/USMCA trade agreement and the US de minimis threshold of $800 USD. Orders under this value typically clear customs without additional charges.

What about Australia and New Zealand customers?

Orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand may be subject to GST and import duties upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Please contact us with your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Products

Are your products made on demand?

Yes! All of our products are print-on-demand, meaning each item is made specifically for you when you place your order. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs without excess inventory.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because orders go into production quickly, we have a very short window to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.
